The star was seen with her hair tied back and holding a little black bag in the low-cut dress.
It is the Rosie Webster actress’ first Valentine’s Day as a single woman after her split from footballer Scott Sinclair, 33, was revealed.
One fan cheered Helen, posting: “Good on ya! If you’ve got it, flaunt it ?.”
The star has been gearing up for February 14 for some time, addressing a card to herself earlier this month.
In a video showing her relaxing by the bath, she wrote simply: “To me, Happy Valentine’s Day.”
